ABS offers the most thorough Burner Service in the market. You will receive an informative service report:

Our engineers will oversee the burner and also a wide variety of the plant such as the dryer, feed end boxes, filter bags and ducting.

Flexibility

We do not need the plant production to stop as our engineers can work around your needs, for visual and accurate information our engineers prefer to see the production process in motion.

On each section of the report it will note observations and suggestions from the engineer to maintain, improve the efficiency and to improve the production of the plant.

We carry not one but two sets of emission tests. The first test prior to the service and the second test after the service — this is first hand evidence that our services really do help the overall running of the plant. We also test for NOx and SOx as standard.

You will receive your full report whichever way you prefer: email, fax or post. We aim for quick response times. You will receive your report one week after the initial service date. We will also be happy to quote any works/parts that are recommended during the service.
